   2. General Manager (HRM) / Dy. General Manager (HRM): 1 post
   Qualification: Post Graduate Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/MBA/MA/MSW (2 years full time course) with specialization in Human Resource Management, Personnel Management, Industrial Relations from reputed & recognized Universities/Institution approved by AICTE.
   3. Dy. Manager (HRM) / Sr. Officer (HRM) : 14 posts
   Qualification: Post Graduate Degree/Post Graduate Diploma /MBA/ MA/MSW (2 years full time course) with specialization in Human Resource Management, Personnel Management, Industrial Relations from reputed & recognized Universities/Institution approved by AICTE.
   
2. Finance Discipline:
   1. Dy. Manager (Finance) / Sr. Officer (Finance): 8 posts
   Qualification: ACA / AICWA
   
3. Technical Discipline:
   1. Dy. General Manager (Materials) : 1 post
   Qualification: Full time B.E./B.Tech in the discipline of Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / Chemical / Metallurgy / Mining / Mineral/ Civil with 2 years (full time) Post graduate Degree / Diploma / MBA with specialization in Materials Management from a recognized University/Institutions approved by AICTE.
   2. Senior Manager (Materials): 4 posts
   Qualification: Full time B.E./B.Tech in the discipline of Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / Chemical / Metallurgy / Mining / Mineral/ Civil with 2 years (full time) Post graduate Degree / Diploma / MBA with specialization in Materials Management from a recognized University/Institutions approved by AICTE.
