Understanding of locks.
System Performance Monitoring and troubleshooting for

(a). BTEQ
(b). FastExport
(c). MultiLoad
(d). FastLoad

Basic shell scripting skills in UNIX, PERL

QA Specialist
Work Location: Bangalore
Experience Profile

• 2-4 years of relevant IT experience, preferably in Banking/Finance domain as a QA analyst
• Experienced working on projects requiring coordination among multiple quality assurance analysts and project teams
• Demonstrates command of testing tools, processes and standards
• Excellent understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Software Test Life Cycle (STLC) and Test Methodologies from project definition to post-deployment documentation.
• Experience in creating and developing Test plans, Test Cases, Test Scripts, and Test Reports.
• Extensively performed Smoke testing, Functional testing, Integration testing, System testing, Regression testing and Data driven testing. Must have worked on Black Box Testing.
• Expert in Functional Testing of Web based applications.
• Experience implementing quality process improvements, creating methods, procedures and training.
• Excellent communication skills, must work diplomatically with developers and other team members to ensure high quality software. Plays a key role in timely delivery of the product.
• Experience working towards building a strong team/work environment, and have the ability to acclimate to new technologies and situations with ease.
