Eligibility criteria:
Candidates are required for Business Controls Professional role for a key Global Process Services Client who is based in the US. The selected candidate will need to work according to client Time Zone. Scope includes Compliance Testing, Metrics & Measurements & driving Process efficiencies. The positions will be located out of Bangalore.Job description:The Business Controls Professional will be responsible for ensuring that the key processes are operating in accordance with applicable IBM guidelines . and maintains a sound Business Controls posture at all times by identifying as well as addressing any key control exposures. This is a highly visible role , with direct interaction with other Procurement Center / Global Business Controls teams.The individual will report to the Business Controls Manager and will need to coordinate and monitor all activities concerning Monthly Compliance Testings, Sarbanes Oxley Testing and reporting, Audit preparation, Separation of Duties, Workplace / Workstation audits etc.Responsible for the weekly, monthly reporting of Global measurements to all Manager,Clients and Executive teams. Assume additional responsibilities as assigned.Microsoft Excel, SRM End-User proficiency
