Assistant Manager- Demand Forecasting
Education: Graduate of Economics/Math/Statistics/Business Management/Engineering
Experience: 2+ years of experience in Marketing/ Supply chain
Job description:

• Responsible for the attainment of team goals/KPIs
• Responsible for Demand generation and ensure forecast accuracy for each stock keeping units (SKU)
• Ensures accuracy of the demand of category SKUs based on price/depth of discount/merchandising claim, brochure pagination/rendition, product flow, launch activities, clinic rating, incentive/recruitment programs.
• Ensure an timely submission of the rolling forecast
• Communicates all changes in estimate that will have a large impact on the other functional groups
• Process Improvement /Work Simplication
• Ensures historical data accuracy
• Ensures that there are flows for each discontinued excess inventory based on Brand plans and ensures that the LID target will be met.
