AMS- Oracle DBA
Work Location: Bangalore
Education: BE/ B Tech/ ME/ M Tech/ MCA/ M Sc (Computer/ IT)
Technical Skills Required:

• 4 GL Programming Language (VB, C++, Java, etc.)
• Working knowledge of SQL Server, Oracle, or DB2 database environments
• Working knowledge of Java, XML and HTML
• Siebel technology components, including but not limited to:
• Integration Objects, Workflow, Assignment Manager, Business Services, State models
• CTI configuration and scripting
• eScript, EBC,VBC
• Web templates programming
• Business components / business objects - links, joins, MVG, scripting, user properties, inclusion of columns, Siebel tables
• Configuration and management of views, screens, responsibilities

Accounts Payables Analyst
Location: Hyderabad,
Education: Commerce graduate
Experience: At least 1 year of Accounts Payable experience

Job responsibilities:
Processing invoices, matching purchase orders and invoices, data entry, coding invoices to different cost centers and projects

• Follow-up in handling invoices that are rejected or when information is provided to ensure processing of all invoices within the established service levels
• Maintaining an accounts payable aging analysis to know and understand the outstanding or uncleared invoices
• Chasing for relevant information and obtaining authorization so that invoices are timely processed
• Resolving AP issues with customers or vendors, communicating the issues and potential solutions to the appropriate party to minimize re-occurrences

The key skills required

• At least 1 year of Accounts Payable experience is required along with quick learning skills and Proficiency with MS Office applications
• Knowledge of SAP would be beneficial
