Regional Manager, (Sales & Marketing)

Job Profile:

• Selling TalentBridge products and services to graduation colleges in the designated territory. For details on products, visit www.talentbridge.co.in
• Account Management of partnered colleges for seamless delivery, feedback collection, and renewal of account.
• Payment collection from Institutes.
• Local Below the Line (BTL) Marketing Activities.

Desired Profile:

• Geographical know how of the market/Territory.
• Willing to travel extensively.
• Any Graduate with 3-4 years of experience. (MBA/PGDM added advantage)
• Prior Sales experience a must.
• Very good communication skills mandatory.
• Highly motivated and self initiator.
• Very High degree of Integrity

Salary and compensation:

• A yearly CTC between 3.85 lac-4.80 lacs depending on the qualification and experience.
• In case of training deliver by the RSM, Rs.1000/day of delivery as additional incentive. Approx. 8-10 days of deliver per month. This is however, subject to our TAC-Talent Bridge Academic Council finding and certifying the training aptitude for delivery in the profile.
• Additional benefits include a PF account with company contributing towards the same.
• Rs.1 Lac medical insurance for self, spouse, dependent kids /Parents.
• Rs. 5 Lacs life insurance in case of accidental death.
• All local commuting and outstation travel as per company policy
