Java Developer. 
Roles and responsibilities: Must have 'Team Lead', 'Technical Lead' or 'Architect' in a recent position. 
Eligibility : B.Tech/B.E/MCA - Computers
Work experience: 3-4years
Skill required:

• Minimum of 4 years of software development experience.
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills: must interview well on the phone and in person.
• Must have working knowledge of basic design patterns and UML.
• Must have working knowledge of Agile development methodologies, especially SCRUM
• Must-have: J2EE (JSP and Servlets), Spring, Struts, Hibernate, Eclipse, HTML + JavaScript/AJAX, SQL, XML (such as XSD, XPath, XSL, XSLT), Web Services (such as Axis, JAX-WS, WSDL, SOAP, REST).
• Must have experience with at least one of the following application servers: Tomcat, WebLogic, WebSphere, JBoss, Aqualogic, Liferay.
• Nice-to-have skills: J2EE (EJBs), JSR 168 and JSR 286, Groovy, Grails, JavaServer Faces (JSF), Google Web Toolkit, Cruise Control, Maven, ANT, custom tag libraries, JMS, Log4J, Dojo, jQquery, JUnit.
• Nice-to-have ECM platforms: Documentum, Interwoven, OpenText.

Project Manager 
Roles and responsibilities: Project Manager, Team Lead. 
Eligibility: B.Tech/B.E/MCA – Computers. 
Experience: Minimum of 6 years in experience in a software development / IT organization. Minimum of 3 years of project management experience. 
Skills required:

• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills: must interview well on the phone and in person.
• Must have excellent requirements analysis and quality assurance skills.
• Must have experience tracking and reporting progress against a baseline.
• Must have experience managing budgets against a contract.
• Must be skilled in estimation techniques.
• Must have excellent understanding of project constraints.
• Must have understanding of version control and software build processes.
• Must have understanding of web technologies, including HTML, JavaScript, CSS, XML.
• Must have a deep understanding of methodologies, including Waterfall and Agile approaches.
• Must have working knowledge of software development: programming languages, database platforms, application servers, etc.
• Must have expert skills in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project. Project Server or Team Foundation Server is a plus.
• Specific knowledge of Scrum and MSF is highly desired.
• Knowledge of UML a plus.
• Basic programming knowledge in Java or C# a definite plus.
• Basic knowledge of databases, with an understanding of SQL a definite plus.

.NET Developer. 
Roles and responsibilities: Must have 'Team Lead', 'Technical Lead' or 'Architect' in a recent position. 
Skill required:

• Minimum of 5 years of software development experience.
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills: must interview well on the phone and in person.
• Must have hands-on experience with .NET Frameworks.
• Must have general technical skills such as: C#, ASP .NET, HTML, JavaScript, SQL Server.
• Must have working knowledge of basic design patterns and UML.
• Must have at least one of the following Microsoft Certification:
• MCTS (Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist)
• MCITP (Microsoft Certified IT Professional)
• MCPD (Microsoft Certified Professional Developer)
• MCAD (Microsoft Certified Application Developer)
• MCSD (Microsoft Certified Solution Developer)

Work experience: 5-6 years.
